As stated in some other threads, Setsuna will be concentrating on the fixing stuff plot. She's exhausted from battle so she'd much rather focus on brainy tech things now, thanks.

She's got training in theoretical physics and probably a decent grounding in some of the other sciences (since after her stint as a student in that field she went on to also be a nurse at an elementary school). She's also a fast learner so will pick up on things quickly and is certainly VERY curious about the cortex and how it functions.

Also open to having her teleported to random places when that all starts up. So if you want a magical girl dropped on you that way I am all for it (once that aspect of the plot opens up).
